"Maintenance Inspection Control System for Heat Exchanger Tubes, T-MIC" was installed to many customers who operate oil refinery, petrochemical and general chemical plant in Japan with "Facility diagnosis support system, A-MIS" since first release in 1990. For more function improvement, T-MIC Version 4 (hereinafter referred to as T-MIC Ver.4) was developed. Meticulous history information management of Heat exchanger tubes and tube bundle, and life evaluation of every tube inside/outside surface are realized by using T-MIC Ver.4. In addition, system menu design and environment setting display image are unified with A-MIS Ver.5, and operationality improved moreover, too.
